Can I reach a human directly?

When the system determines that human intervention is genuinely needed (something it cannot resolve automatically), it escalates internally and a JPtheGeek engineer will reach out and can arrange a callback. This model is intentional: it keeps costs low and response times instant for the 95% of issues AI can resolve, while still making sure no real problem falls through the cracks.
What happens when THEO escalates an issue?
THEO flags the issue, logs everything it tried, and notifies the JPtheGeek team automatically. An engineer reviews the context and will reach out to arrange a callback or remote session. You'll never need to re-explain what happened — THEO's full diagnostic is already in front of them.
How does billing work? Can I add or remove devices?
Billing is per device, per month. Add a device and it appears on your next invoice. Remove a device and you won't be billed for it the following month — there are no credits or refunds for partial periods. Annual plans lock in a 10% discount and are non-refundable — all sales are final.
Is my data secure? Who can access it?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Remote access to your systems is logged and audited — you can review session history in your dashboard at any time. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. The platform is SOC 2 Type II aligned.
Can I bring my existing devices?
Yes. Install the Quiet agent on any Windows, Mac, or Linux device you already own. If you need new hardware, you can order pre-configured devices through the built-in hardware store (Business and Pro plans).
